For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant to Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd, its affiliates, and those acting with its authority (the “Company”), a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, fully paid up, unlimited, and transferable right and license (the “License”) to use, publish, and modify my name, address, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical and personal background information, statements, and any photograph, film, video, or audio recording in any medium that may be taken of me or of such materials (collectively, the “Content”) in connection with the advertisement, endorsement, or sale of goods, merchandise, products, or services by Company.
The License includes, but is not limited to, the right and license to use the Content in full or in part in any and all media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to, moving image, photograph, print media, distribution over the internet, editorial, advertising, trade, and any other purpose whatsoever. I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve of Company’s use of the Content.
I acknowledge that my participation with Company is voluntary, and I do not, and will not expect or receive compensation for the Company’s use of the Content except as described in this agreement.
I hereby forever release, discharge, and hold harmless Company from all claims, liability, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this agreement or use of the Content.
